  • Dog (Canine), Cat (Feline) & Pet BM

Dogs, cats and other pets have intestines, colons, constipation, diarrhea, and other issues similar to humans. But they can't use words to tell us when something's wrong.

If your pet is having BM issues, one easy way to help them out is to add a dash of silver sol to their water each day. Aside from being cheap, its really powerful.

    Skinny Bowel Movements

What is a Skinny Bowel Movement?

A skinny bowel movement (BM) is a bowel movement with a low diameter. Depending on a person’s normal BM size, this may range from 2cm to only a few millimeters. Often, as a result of this, a skinny bowel movement is much longer than a normal BM, extending as long as a meter or more.

    Cause of Skinny Bowel Movements

The greatest cause of thin bowel movements is a tight or tense anal sphincter. When the hole is small, the log is skinny.

Tight sphincters can be the result of voluntary muscle action or involuntary tension. Involuntary cases are often connected to stress, a period of unusual personal discomfort, or an unintended habit formed from a prolonged struggle with frequent bowel movements. Cases of voluntary tight sphincters may be connected to an attempt to prevent or delay an unwanted bowel movement, an attempt to produce a silent bowel movement in an awkward social situation, or bizarre personal practice.

    Cure for Skinny Bowel Movements

In most cases, a skinny bowel movement problem can be relieved by muscle relaxation and emotional release. If you are trying to accomplish this, consider finding a private toilet, leave your stress and worries outside of the bathroom, bring along a good book, and just let loose. Adopting a yoga practice of deep breathing, comfortable stretching, and saying corny things like “I love myself” (and believing it) have been known to help cure skinny BMs.
